Terms of Service

1. What Promptvibe is

Promptvibe ("we", "us") is an asynchronous question-and-answer service: you submit a question about a software project — typically one built with AI assistance — and an experienced developer answers it by email. By submitting a question you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Questions can be submitted on a free tier (answer within 7 days) or a priority tier (answer within 48 hours of payment confirmation, with a deeper review and follow-up questions included). Response times are measured from when we receive the question (free) or confirm payment (priority). We may decline a question that is outside what we can responsibly help with; if we decline a paid priority question, you pay nothing (see section 3).

3. Payment and refunds

The priority tier costs $49 per question, payable through the payment link we email you after submission. The 48-hour response window starts when the payment is confirmed. If we cannot answer your priority question, or you do not receive an answer within the promised window, we will refund the payment in full. Free-tier questions never involve payment.

4. Nature of the answers

Answers are practical guidance based on the information you provide, given on a best-effort basis and provided "as is". They are not a substitute for a professional security audit, legal advice, or financial advice, and we cannot guarantee any particular outcome. You remain responsible for the changes you make to your own project, including testing them and backing up your data before applying them.

5. Your content

You confirm that you are allowed to share whatever you include in a question (code, links, descriptions) and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. We use what you submit only to answer your question, we do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers that run Promptvibe, and we do not claim ownership of it. The answer we send is yours to use in your project.

6. Email and your data

We use your email address only to deliver the answer and, for priority questions, payment instructions — no newsletters, no marketing. Questions and answers are stored on servers in the European Union. If you want your question and email address deleted, write to hello@promptvibe.ai and we will remove them.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Promptvibe to seek help with anything illegal or harmful — including malware, attacks on systems you don't own, or circumventing security measures without authorization — and don't abuse the form (spam, automated submissions). We may refuse service for misuse.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the question in dispute (for free questions, zero). We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, lost data, or downtime resulting from applying an answer.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to questions submitted after it is published. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

10. Governing law and contact
